We dispatch all of our orders sent to an address on the mainland of the United Kingdom carriage free, no matter what you order we will pay the shipping for you. If you live elsewhere in the world we have secured some very reasonable rates with our various carriers and the web site will inform you of the exact cost before you checkout.
If you are based on the mainland the method of dispatch will vary depending upon the items weight, dimensions and your location. Smaller items tend to be sent via the Royal Mail while larger items will be sent by a courier company. Delivery times therefore may vary somewhat. A number of orders will be dispatched on a next day service while the rest may take two or even three days. Please allow a total of five working days after you place an order before reporting an item as missing. If you are based elsewhere in the world delivery times can vary considerably and can be difficult to estimate. We always use a signed service through one of our courier companies; please beware that you may have to pay any local taxes or duty upon receipt. Returns Policy
Unhappy with the Item - We run a 30 day returns guarantee which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
Faulty or Incorrect - If you receive an item from us which is faulty, damaged or incorrect please inform us within 7 days. We will then offer you a replacement item or a refund depending on our stock status. In the event of a refund we will refund you both the price you paid and the carriage back to us of the item.
